TERRICK,

a hamlet in rural
Buckinghamshire,
England

FARMER Geoff Brunt's aim is to promote regional pride through local food.

The primary product in his farm shop is his award winningTerrick Beef which is hung for four weeks and comes from the cattle he rears himself; but he also sells a growing range of other foods, most of it from local producers. For details of all produce check out the Farm Shop pages.

Frozen Terrick Beef and our popular steak pies are available for sale every day (see bottom of page for further details); fresh Terrick Beef is sold once a month.

The next sale days for fresh Terrick Beef and other produce will be on Friday 7th July and Saturday 8th July 2017.

Please note the shop is open on the monthly sale days from 12 noon until 6pm on the Friday and from 10am until 1pm on the Saturday.  Alternative arrangements for collection can be made if these times are not convenient.

Most customers pre-order their Terrick Beef and this is advisable, but some drop in when they are passing, to see if there is anything left.  Sirloin BeefOrdering can be done by using the order form on this website, or joining the email database so that you receive an automatic email alert each month.

An explanation of cuts, packaging and pricing can all be found on this website, as well as news about Geoff and his farming methods.

Frozen Terrick Beef and our delicious popular steak pies, generously filled with chunks of Terrick Beef can be purchased most days - come to the house and we will take you over to the shop.  If you want to check availability first, before you leave home, drop us an email or give us a call (see 'Contact Us' page).  To read more about the pies hover over Farm Shop on the menu bar then click on 'Other Produce' in the drop down menu.

Geoff is descended from generations of traditional English farmers and in 2006 he celebrated 60 years of his family farming in Terrick.  Videos of his work on the farm can be viewed on YouTube.  Just type 'Terrick Beef' into the search bar and they will all come up.

* In February 2013 Terrick Beef won the Countryside Alliance Local Food Award for 2012 for the South East region.
